A moderate amount of clothing would be enough to keep you comfortable and in healthy condition. Choose clothes that will protect your skin against the rays of the sun. Avoid those that are made of heavy materials as well as those that can keep the skin moist with sweat.

Lastly, strike a good balance between overdressing and under dressing. None of these two extremes are good to health; both of them can even be injurious. Dressing too warmly can make the skin tender, becoming too clammy and losing a large part of its protective function, while under dressing can make you easily ill by exposing your body to the elements. So make sure that you dress comfortably to be in top condition all the time.
