On-line shopping couldn't be easier. From the shopping home page, select your brand or product type. From there you will see a display of clothing and accessories that are currently in stock, with pricing, available size and colour options. Click on the product picture for more details and a larger more detailed image. Click on the button to add the product to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping by selecting a brand or product type in the left panel or order by selecting the button with your preferred order method.
Our Customer Service Centre will be happy to answer any questions on styling, fabrics or measurements.
How do I order?When there are items in your shopping basket there is a link at the top of left navigation bar. Select it at any time to check or modify your shopping basket or place your order.
You can order in complete safety using our secure Internet server. If you feel unsure about placing your order over the Internet one of our trained staff would be delighted to take your order by phone.
Don't forget to provide us with your e-mail address or phone number so we can contact you quickly if problems arise with your order.
PaymentWe accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Electron and Delta. Postal orders can be accompanied by a cheque drawn on a UK-based bank or International Money Order. Cheque payments can delay the order by several days while the cheque clears. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to IMG.
DeliveryYour order will be despatched as quickly as possible usually same or next working day. Deliveries are normally made to the UK within 72 hours you will receive an email confirmation confiming shipment. If you order does not arrive in 15 working days for UK orders, 20 for EU and 25 for rest of world after despatch confirmation please contact us. We cannot do anything before these times as they are set by Royal Mail. Ask our Customer Service Centre for details, or for delivery outside the UK. A signature maybe be required on some deliveries. All shipping / delivery charges are non-refundable.

Product descriptions and availabilityEvery care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However whilst the colour reproduction is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur. And at times, the colours in the pictures are not available from inventory. The information, prices and terms presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Distance Selling RegulationsYou have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, software or item personalised or made to your specification. To cancel any item, you can e-mail or write to us within fourteen working days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Items may be returned to our customer service department. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund within 30 days of your cancellation. A full refund will be given for items returned to us within this period, items not returned will have the direct cost of retrieving the item(s) deducted from the refund value.
This does not apply to any perishable goods, software (unless still sealed) or item/s personalised to your specification.
Force MajeureWe will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

ComplaintsAny complaint or compliment can be sent to our Customer Service Centre. We will endeavour to deal with you complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.
