The Scottish Ryder Cup Snowboard Series 3rd Round National Point Series 19 Feb 2000 @ Nevis Range
It was a beautiful day on the slopes in the Nevis Range a clear sky, no wind and that unique element that the UK is renowned for - sunshine. Today was no ordinary day. It was one of the days in the Rider Cup Series. The first time a national points snowboard competition had been held in the UK and it was brought about with the help of sponsorship from Sturban Clothing (in our previous carnation), so we had to be there - and here's the snaps.
The first section shows the slopes with plenty of Big Air and for those for you that missed out spot Oxbow keeping it real on the slopes with Simon Smith '99 British Champion and Oxbow sponsored rider. Check out that sky - you could have been in the Alps.
